Maryland schools advice?

The last post said excellent things about Garrett Park. Would you say the same for Garrett Park Estates with regards to the data you provided and the accessibility to public transportation?

Garrett park Estates is zoned for Garrett Park elementary school and is closer to metro I think. It is just right next door to gp proper and yeah you go to the festivals and stuff - your kids go to school with kids of town of gp - and frankly I always thought they were pretty much the same.

I'd look at Takoma Park, the parts that feed to TPES, Piney Branch, TPMS, and Blair. That's a great feeder pattern.
