making applesauce for baby?

As others have posted, peel, chop up, boil, and mash. That said, I made it ONCE and it was way too much effort compared to other things, and didn't taste any different than store bought stuff.

I made all my baby food and I agree with PPs that applesauce was way easier to just buy. I made tons of pear sauce though
