| My 3 year old DD loves to kiss me on the lips. I'm not sure where she gets it, I always kiss her on the cheeks. She gives me these sloppy wet kisses on the lips sometimes as I'm tucking her in - but it's my DD so it's cute. Figure in a few years she won't want to kiss me at all. |

| I'm Hungarian and growing up we only kissed on the cheek. But here I do kiss both of my kids on the lips and it feels right. So does this American father who grew up on the East coast. |

I've sucked my husband's privates... Even though I've brushed after that I don't want that stuff on my baby's lips. Thank You! I almost fainted when I saw my nanny kissing my child on the lips. I asked her not to do that anymore and she was fine with it. God knows where her mouth has been. Yuck! |

Never had a herpes ulcer and I am 40. None of my kids have had one either. But I think you are right. If you get them then you really shouldn't be kissing ANYONE! |

| I'm Chinese, but born and raised in Calif. I've been kissing 2 yr old DD on lips since she learned to kiss back. It's the sweetest now that she can make the little smacking noise. =) |
