Congrats!!! I also just got a faint line on a 5 day transfer at day 7. Tomorrow it will be darker. by day 8, any test I took was positive, so you are doing good!! Congrats!

Thank you! Congratulations to you too! Have you had your blood test yet? So exciting. I can't wait to see if the line is darker tomorrow because its all so surreal@ this point!

Yep. I'm about a week ahead of you. I have had the 3 betas, they are through the roof. Expect your first beta to be high, because if you are showing up now on a home test, you are at 25 already. That doubles every 1 1/2 to 2 days, so by your beta you should be pretty high when you go for blood. My blood test was scheduled for 13th day after transfer which was last Fri. I did my last beta yesterday. Here's the results, fyi.

Beta 1 - 800
Beta 2 - 3000
Beta 3 - 7000

Now I wait for ultrasound next week. Yeesh. What a ride.

You will likely have very high betas as well - what day is the blood test?

Thanks for the info, I know I will be curious about my numbers! My beta is wed, also 13 days after transfer. I am sure you've goggled it, high betas can indicate twins right? (Now i am worried about that! Lol) Ooo, ultrasound next week already! Keep me posted!

Yes, the high hcg is what I thought too. I'm still not sure as you can't seem to find a definite answer on this - they say it's more about how the hcg rises than the actual number. Do another pee-stick tomorrow and report back! I watched them go from faint lines to lines that were darker than the test line, so that was good. But then people were like, "did you do another??" I didn't really get the point of all that.

I'm going to duck after I say this, but we're actually hoping for twins. There's a huge anti-twin masse on this board though. I'm sure they'll all show up and burst my bubble and post their "twins are bad" article links for us now.

^ yes, the line was darker this morning! Oh my goodness! I don't blame you for actually wanting twins, everyone has been wishing them on us since we started trying. I have 3 from my first marriage (16,14,9) so I know what I am in for with just one but after 3 years of trying, twins would be just fine!
