I tried it for a few months and felt awful, but I guess it works for some people. I have a problem with digesting meat and fatty foods and found that a mainly vegetarian diet with some fish works best for me. Try it and see how it works for you. After all, you'll be eating mostly unprocessed, fresh foods and that has to be good.

I tried it for 6 weeks and I felt awful, personally. It's also highly restrictive as far as going out or having people over and seeming normal. It is not a sustainable "lifestyle". I think it's a fad diet.

Roast chicken, asparagus and salad. Spicy ribs with sweet potato fries. Salmon with lemon-caper sauce, red peppers and broccoli. Butternut soup with wild mushroom frittata.

I feed guests paleo all the time and no-one even notices they're sharing my crazy, restrictive fad diet. Going out is only a problem at lousy fast food places. Chipotle, Asian, buffets and any restaurant serving food that doesn't come out of a bucket are no problem.
