How do you sleep in a hotel room with a baby?

Just FYI, the web site www.vrbo.com has condos, etc in virtually every place in the world. It is a web site for condo owners. You can get good deals this days with the economy. Much better than a hotel room -- kitchen. refrig, separate bedroom. etc.

We got a room with a balcony and sat out there until our children were asleep. In fact, we ordered room service and a bottle of wine. It felt decadent.

I'm one of the posters who put baby crib in the closet -- not so I could watch TV but so she could sleep while we were putting our toddler down. She goes to sleep earlier but as long as he still in action and she can see him she will never sleep.
