Really angry about debt talks

How much sacrifice am I personally prepared to make? Sure I'd pay more in taxes. I am a single mom of two making $120k a year and I think I live pretty well. I can afford to do more for my country.

But while things like this are going on, I think it's pretty clear I am not the only one who can afford to do more for my country.

I will say this, the Dems or Obama or both have failed utterly. If you are the republicans why settle? Ask for more, Obama has given in on everything and he will give in again. The funny thing is he will end up with blame for failed republican policies that he pushed. I wish there was a Dem in the white house not some republican place holder. I will not vote for him or the dems. What is the difference? We are going to end up in the same place, one will get us there faster then the other.

It's weird how everyone forgets that raising the debt ceiling is not dependent upon a budget plan. That's the spiked choke leash freshman house Republicans yanked around Boehner's neck. He should have a hard time facing his low-income constituents in eastern OH with the way he's leaving them ass out in the cold. There are no CEOs standing at the ready to bring manufacturing jobs back to the rust belt if only their boy can guarantee the Bush tax cuts stay. Meanwhile, Gov Kasich is securing his GOP sainthood by adding more govt employees to the unemployment rolls and ensuring the next generation of young people that will carry this nation is as sick as they are dumb.

Republicans should take a field trip to Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and ask leaders how pulling the rug out from under the middle class so that a tiny few can prosper is working for them.
