DS hated advent and Dr Brown's. He likes Playtex Adanced Ventaire.

Dr Brown's was such a pain to wash. DS liked Playtex Adanced Ventaire too. Ventaire has several parts too but not as bad to wash.

We used nuk nipples on evenflo bottles. Nothing fancy, but that was what our lactation consultant recommended. DD has always taken bottles and the breast with no difficulties.

Also agree with Dr. Brown bottles. One note- they have come out with these great dishwasher baskets for all of the parts. It makes it super easy to wash all of the parts! I am on baby number 2 and I remember hating washing all of the parts the first time around, but those baskets have been a God-send this time.

Try a few if you can. I wanted to love Dr. Brown's, but even the slow flow nipples were too fast for my daughter. We used playtex drop ins, then moved to Dr. Brown's "newborn" flow. Now we're back to drop-ins.

We used Avent and Dr. Brown's during the first couple of months, and both worked well. Then, when BF got easier, I got kind of lazy and didn't give my DS a bottle for about 1 month. When I went to give her a bottle around 3 1/2 months, she refused to take it. I was panicking because I had to go back to work. After trying everything and spending a small fortune on bottles and nipples, the only bottle she would take is the Playtex DropIns with a laytex nipple, natural flow. They've worked like a charm! Less clean up, too.

We used Breastflow at first (by recommendation of our pediatrician) and our baby had no problems switching between breast and bottle. As she got older we switched her to Playtex Advanced Ventaire and really like them.

Medela has always worked best for us.

Dr. Brown's are good. I also liked Medela and still use those since they are compatible with my pump.

I found Tommee Tippee bottles the easiest for our LO to take
