13:02 being close to Target is amazing. It is so crazy, when you turn off of U blvd onto Drumm, it is like you are in Mayberry.

My DH is fine walking from Wheaton Metro at night, but I don't do it alone.

Do you have a student at OTES? Are you happy with it so far. We are not there yet, but we like what we see and hear about it.

13:02 again. We're across the dividing line (McComas) for Rock View, but I've heard good things about OTES. Maybe not quite Mayberry, but it's a nice neighborhood with a lot diversity in the style and size of houses.

Well, I suppose it is not a real Mayberry, but it feels like it once you drive out of Wheaton And I LOVE our neighbors.

You'll have to drive to metro, but if you want a 3/4 bdrm sfh with a large yard, swim club, great schools, in a family-friendly neighborhood all for $400k or less, then try Tanterra in Brookeville, MD (20833). The schools are Greenwood, Rosa Parks MS, and Sherwood HS.
