I second the Wild Alaskan canned salmon from Costco. It has no bones or skin. Use Ellie Krieger's recipe for salmon cakes. YUM!!

| I just want to point out that the bones and skin are REALLY healthy. I get that they migt be a little icky, but if you break it all up inot a salmon cake or a salmon spread, you really cannot tell they are there. |
