Size of Second Child Vs. First

Hi, OP here. It's actually not the delivery I'm worried about, it's more just going through another pregnancy carrying a large(r)? child. I was miserable the first time around. In fact, he was breech so I didn't even delivery naturally. And after he came out the doctor said that give my size versus his size, it was probably a blessing in disguise that we had a c-section scheduled in advance.

Thanks for all the responses. Clearly my friend was not spot on and #2 can really be any size.
