Numb/Tingly fingers/hands... anyone have that symptom and if so, what helped relieve it?

If you want the shots: My OB at VHC gave me a referral for a doc in the hospital complex, just down the hall. I had it done that afternoon.

OP here - 17:09 - were they cortisone shots? Could you please give me the doctors name /number? I feel like this is getting worst by the day and I may consider the shots. Thanks!

17:03 PP here - mine were cortisone (I think that's what all of us are talking about). I went to Dr. David Smink (an orthepedist) who did it with the referral. Find his details here. http://www.gwog.com/doctors_2.html

They were cortisone shots. I'm pretty sure they were from this Orthopedic group at VHC:

1635 N George Mason Dr.
Suite 310
Arlington, VA 22205
703.525.6100 (office)

Now, I did have a referral from my OB and they might want you to have one too, just to be sure your OB is onboard. But perhaps you could get the okay by phone using your OB's nurse's line.
