Or do you mean that any breakfast burrito isn't healthy...

I use the foreman grill in the mornings and make turkey & cheese paninis - really easy and eat in the car on the way to work after dropping off kids. make one for hubby too.

I buy the WW Egg Sandwiches. Like an Egg McMuffin. You can get the ones with or without canadian bacon. Just heat up in the microwave for a couple of minutes.

I have also made the mini type quiches in the muffin tins and you can also warm these up in the microwave.

How are the evos burritos more unhealthy than ones made at home? Agree about most packaged foods (sodium, preservatives, etc) but I'm wondering about this specific brand because they seem fine to me. Am I missing something?

OP here -- the evol burritoes seem like they have a good ingredient list to me -- similar to what I would use if making from scratch.

Where do you buy them? We don't have a Whole Foods anywhere near.

hot cocoa.

Heat up a mug of milk in the microwave. Then add hot cocoa (the ones that are for milk, not for water).

works for me. protein, calcium, and liquid

I do peanut butter and jelly (I use full fruit jam - and tell myself its healthy - you could omit the jam). On whole grain bread. Cheap and easy.

I thought that I was the only person eating PB&Js for breakfast, but apparently it's pretty common. I make mine on double fiber bread with low fat peanut butter and full fruit jam. Totally fills me up until lunch.

You can mix it the night before in an old jelly jar and take it with you in the morning
