long fence company estimate - weird

This happened to my brother and his wife. It wasn't Long Fence but a similar company and they wanted insulation in some basement walls. Once the guy got there, they couldn't get him to leave. They basically resorted to ignoring him and sitting down to dinner and the guy still stayed for another 15 minutes just sitting there in the living room. He eventually got up and walked out while cursing bc he couldn't talk them into a very over priced crappy deal.
