Thrift store. Add big plastic brightly colored earrings, necklace, and bracelets. Pile it on. Polyester, shiny fabrics, sequins, drag queen it, honey! Be outrageous and ridiculous and over the top with it.

Wear something strapless with a non-strapless bra.

Haha. OP here. Wore a black "flapper" dress with fringe and a feather in my hair, red tights, bright pink and purple boa, lots of very long pearls, and sequin chuck taylor's.
