I have always had a lot of respect for Helen Thomas. I honestly believe she is suffering from early stage Alzheimers.

"Bi-annual" means occurring once every 2 years, yet stores regularly advertise sales that are in fact semi-annual as bi-annual. Language gets corrupted. In the 19th century, Jews and Arabs were both considered descendants of Noah's son Shem, hence "Semite." Nowadays, "anti-Semitism" means prejudice against Jews 95% of the time its's used.
