I am torn when thinking about how I feel about what she did. Instinctively, I think its selfish and wrong to leave your family. But the reality is, many, many mothers regret becoming mothers. Most will either hire nannies or work lots of hours to get their space. I'm not so sure that isn't worse that what she did.

I admire your honesty, but I can truthfully say that I don't know one person who feels that way or works long hours to get their space. Only on DCUM do I hear these kinds of comments.
