If nothing else, I am glad to see agreement between Roberts/Scalia/Thomas/Kennedy and Breyer/Ginsberg/Sotomayor/Kagan. And then there is Alito .. I want to look over his opinion when I have time to focus.

Okay, your right to free speech can be cut but keep your hands off my rights. This organization has just as much right to exist under our Constitution as any other group and to exercise their rights under the 1st amendment. Start chipping away at our rights and pretty soon there will be no 1st amendment.

THE CONSTITUTION IS GENIUS. Allows people to vent and be obnoxious but not violent. Its perfect.
