Has anyone noticed that this forum seems to think that DC is the "end-all, be-all" to educ. options?

DC is a city and should not be ranked with states. It should be ranked with other large, urban cities, NYC, LA, Dallas...and when it is, the results are the same...in high poverty areas, children are suffering. Where there is wealth, children flourish.
