There is definately "climate change" ,always has been. The new phenominon is an explosion of idiots who think they can control it with their ant-size intellect.

I don't think there is credible evidence that humans materially contribute to climate change. And even if there was, it would still be a COMPLETE moot point unless India and China and Brazil were 100% on board with the proposed solution. As they are not, there is no reason to even discuss it except for planning for ways to mitigate the possible effects of (man-caused/natural) warming.

2. You point on India and china is absurd. The lack of a global agreement means we should not seek a global agreement????

there is zero chance India and China and the other emerging economies are going to give up their economic expansion. zero chance. China has passed the US in terms of carbon emissions and they are in their economic infancy. just be pragmatic.
