Would you buy a house that overlooks a suburban bus station?

The last stop probably means a lot of tracks with trains stationed/ stored there overnight. I don't think it would be super pleasant to look at and probably a lot of negative environmental factors. I agree w/ PP it would be nicer to be a little further away (still walking distance). Also, think of the traffic that will be associated with being that close to the last stop.
