Just a thought, but your babies are probably in diapers still. I have found that the best advice my friends with three and four kids gave me was for me to change my son's diapers before i go to bed at night. That way, he is more comfortable/less wet when he wakes up in the morning and tend to sleep better. A darkened room also help babies snooze longer. Other than that, every baby has different internal clocks, just make sure they get enough naps during the day and pray for the rest. It is true that the better they nap during the day, the better they sleep at night.
Good luck. |
| No. My now 4 yo was like that, except he used to be up for the day at 3:30am. According to my MIL DH was the same. Nothing helped. We used to try keeping him up and he'd just *splat* fall asleep no matter what he was doing. Think face plants in the middle of dinner. (We also tried putting him down earlier, blackout shades, adjusting naps, white noise, etc. etc.) Gradually he started getting up later and later. Now he rises at about 6:30-7, which is *such* *a* *relief*! |
