Becasue the schools mentioned by the VA poster are not schools that are discussed here. They are not part of the private schools commonly attended by people in the true DC urban-metro area. Its tedious to have to read such a post as its irrelevant, they dont belong and nobody reallly cares if you are applying to some random schools that no one ever discusses on this forum. Sure, call me whatever you want, throw out some fake anecdotal interest to "prove" I am wrong, but the schools are really irrelevant to the purpose.

You seem very off the mark, PP. I thought part of the point of these discussions was to bring in information that DCUM posters may not already have. So it would seem a lot more interesting to me (I live in VA) to find out that several posters are consider the same VA schools not usually posted about than it is for me to read about another family applying to my son's "Big 3" in DC.

If you do a search on the private school forum, there are 126 references to the congressional school. That is your fake evidence.

Your attitude is also the reason people think that Big 3 people are such snobs.

Did it say anywhere in the original question that we are only discussing Sidwell, Beauvoir and WIS?

While I agree with the PP that many people in this forum are interested in these other schools, I don't understand why she (well, probably a he) has to say it in such a rude way. I am wondering if all these rude posts are coming from one person who is full of anger for some reason (wife left him? out of work? didn't get into Harvard? Sister did get into Harvard?) who needs perhaps to seek professional help (or from a very bored teenager).
