I don't know who, but have you considered that many of the issues may be related to diabetes? I just took a guess that it might be the main issue. It appears by a quick google search that this could be related to your energy levels, protein in the urine, hair loss, anemia, sometimes joint pain, and maybe irregular periods. Perhaps if it is related to weight gain, other symptoms might be brought in.

Don't take my word for it. I'm not a doctor, but I am just sympathetic and trying to put the pieces together.

Maybe someone who specializes in diabetes might find a common thread in the symptoms.

Are you open to doing an executive physical like the one at Arlington Hospital Center? I did one recently-it's expensive..cost me around 2,500 but it went through everything under the sun.--seriously..I had a heart cscan, tons of blood work, MRI--doc talked to me initially for about hour and a half and then talked about 45 minutes when the results came in..I live to see another day--got to the bottom of quite a few things.
