Do any federal non-HMO plans cover meds?

Medco totally covers injectables. My doc at SG gave me my protocol last month and was all about me ordering ahead of time. I am switching to MDIPA Fed for January and I know they cover meds, but I'm ordering my rounds of drugs through BC/BS now-just in case!!!
