OP specified a female doctor, though.

In any practice with male & female doctors, you won't know who is going to deliver you until you go into labor (unless you schedule an induction or c-section), and I think it's standard practice that you rotate through and see all the doctors in the group throughout your pregnancy, not just the female doctors. At least, that has been the case at any OB practice I've ever been to.

OP, why must you have a female doctor? There are lots of wonderful male OBs out there - I think you are really limiting your choices.
