Best hour for a 4 year old Birthday Party

I agree with PPs... I would say anything up until 1:30 and anything after 3:30 - parents can work naps around either of those times. 1-3 is awful. I hate when our ILs plan something right smack in the middle of the day like that because they know our kids nap then (and so does our nephew).
