Take it easy on the OP. See this article about eating for work... McDs would have saved money if the guy had stuck his finger down his throat.

No one is making you eat--you're an adult, so if peer pressure is involved you need to find a way to say no.

Short of inducing vomiting because you ate a poison, yes, it's always bad. This is an eating disorder, even if you don't engage in it frequently.

DH was sick a lot as a kid. For about 2 years, he'd get sick a couple of times a week. A couple of his back teeth are badly damaged because of the all of the acid.
