Oh I’m no so sure about this. He says tons of controversial stuff! Like remember when he was going to build a wall? And to make Mexico pay for it? Or when he was talking about “rocket man”? Or when he enacted any number of controversial laws? So yes, he is very controversial!

He says lots of dumb stuff. It's not the same as saying controversial things, or being controversial.

If you go online you will see lots of debates. People will say that he says dumb stuff yes but other people will defend him!

Whoa why so defensive? We have a little expression down here in NOVA— a hit dog hollers!

It’s not defensive. I’m remarking at the fact that the OP must think about Trump 24/7.

I am shocked...SHOCKED that somebody browsing the "political discussion" forum is thinking about Trump

More like obsessed.

OP, are you the "airport parties" troll? What an odd sense of "humor".

I don’t know if you’re trying to distract or deflect, but it really is true that many people are debating Trump (whether for and against) all over the Web. It’s not internet message boards like this one but also dedicated websites (e.g., HuffPo), chat rooms, web “blogs”, and newer communication platforms like TikTok and X.

I find that very hard to believe. There’s nothing to debate. He’s an idiot who is robbing us of the democracy we’ve worked so hard for. He’s clearly demented and getting worse. He is a greedy narcissist who has thinks our tax dollars are his piggy bank

What an original thread.

You simply must post every thought that comes in to your head.

Trump is not perfect. Surely even you will admit that. What I'd like you to explain is what is considered legitimate criticism and what is considered TDS?

Along those same lines, when is investigating/prosecuting him appropriate and when is it considered weaponization?

That is one side of the debate. However there is another side of the debate, which is the “MAGA” side of the debate. To them, Donald Trump is going to or maybe already has make America great again. They seem him as a popular president and someone that they are glad that they voted for. Many of them are Republicans.

Well, when one side is gunning for a patriarchal, white supremacist, Christian nationalist society. Many of us will divide ourselves from them.

But what they don't realize is that they are probably going to be disbarred after Trump leaves office.
