Yes. I did PT and it helped, but over time it completely healed.

With cortisone shots and PT it took almost 2 years to go away. Six years later, I got it on the other side. This time went to PT much quicker and it didn't get as bad, but still took about 18 months.

One thing to check. It is sometimes a symptom of adult onset diabetes.

It’s from low estrogen. HRT helped when PT and painkillers didn’t

I’ve had it for 4 + years now.

Is excruciating overnight.
