Was Trinity worth it? No, I should have stayed at the all girls school I was at. I honestly don’t think the education was all that and it would have been better to be a big fish in a smaller pond.

I have raised my kids in DC but if we were in NYC there is no way in hell I would have sent them to Trinity. The thought of parents nights with all the horrible people I attended with makes me shutter.

Perhaps the culture has changed since then? My DD's class in Lower School hasn't had any instances of bullying whatsoever. All the kids seem to be attuned to who is more academic and doing well in things like sports and music with competence being very well respected.
