You sound heartless... yes she should move out and get a job but as a loving mother you should find out why she doesnt.

I’d tell her starting July 1, she owes you $800 rent. I’d stop giving any money or paying for anything immediately, today . On July 1 I’d tell her rent goes up by $200 starting August 1.
