Pinterest ad

The small pinterest ad was annoying on safari but I learned to ignore it instead of trying to close it out (which most of the time took me to a pinterest page) but now there is a new pinterest ad which takes up the whole screen on my phone and I had to go back to get rid of it.

You know I think what might have happened is I tried to scroll down and accidentally touched an ad.

Just another poster chiming in on how annoying the Pinterest link is. Sometimes I’ve clicked on it 3 times in a row accidentally. It’s relentless.

In order to help track this ad down, can anyone who has been getting it help by providing the click-through URL? Does it just go to Pinterest?

Also, I’m trying to re-create to verify but a couple of times it looks like the ad is a little larger and then shrinks a little bit. It doesn’t take up the whole page or even a quarter of the page, but I see it. I just can’t trust that my eyes aren’t playing tricks on me.

I just confirmed it.

On an iPhone/Safari when you scroll to the bottom, the last line is hottest topics recent topic and search. The Pinterest ad covers up those three links and then shrinks to just underneath them. I suspect this is part of the issue.
