Osteria Mozza is perfect

If its hard to get a res there, try Milano.

Peacock Cafe, which is next to Cafe Milano, is pretty casual but the food is good -- and has lots of options so there's something for everyone.

A friend had a birthday dinner at Peacock Cafe for 14 people. It was great.

I posted a long list earlier (I live in Georgetown). I included Peacock Cafe so I agree with you. The prices are decent and there is something for everyone on the menu. I'm I especially love the real fruit smoothies made on the spot. We have entertained out-of-town guests who enjoyed it there. The owners are 2 very kind Persian brothers who have helped other restaurant ers in town. The service at the restaurant is good too.

Sorry but Peacock Cafe does not have the best food. I am sure the smoothies are fine. The food is very meh.

Reservations might be difficult now, but I went to Blue Duck Tavern with my family after my Georgetown graduation many years ago. It was a really lovely meal.
