SSRI for Chronic Pain (sensitized nervous system)?

Same duloxetine helped. Still have pain but it’s better and also easier to deal with. Acupuncture also helps.

You don't understand chronic pain.

An SSRI helped my chronic back pain 30 years ago. It's worth a try. I think it's generally suggested to give it about 6 weeks, unless the side effects are intolerable.

I hope you get some relief soon.

Oh, I don't? Sorry, it must be my decade of gastroenterologists telling my chronic, watery diarrhea with cramping was my "anxiety."

SNRI also dulls the edge for me. With anxiety, chronic pain, and hot flashes. My depression also lifted. Think it took my inflammation down overall.

Ask about Transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS)

Not a sari but have you tried amitryptiline? This was recommended for interstitial cystitis though I never ended up needing to use it.

I've tried it and had a bad reaction (felt completely numb emotionally and passed out)... I'm afraid that cymbalta would be the same since it's also a SNRI.
