Two way better words: Smart bulbs. You have a choice of literally thousands of colors. From sterile white to amber (and those are just the whites).

The usual light bulb color temperature on some other continents is closer to 3500-4000 K. In the US, the old GE incandescent bulbs sold until maybe the year 2000 were around 2700 K (much more yellow).

In nearly all cases, people prefer whichever color temperature they happened to grow up with. People should get whichever light bulbs make them happy. There is no single "right" answer.
