Kid got a new passport two weeks ago - can’t check in because no ESTA?

Please update us. Just got new passports for my kids, as well.

If you have Global Entry, don’t forget to update it with the new passport number. We didn’t know to do that after the kids got their new passports and got admonished coming back.

This happened to my husband once- no new passport just a rejection for online check in. May be because the reservation didn’t include his middle name, but the passport does? I don’t know. It was fine when we went to the airport

The people in front of us for GE last week had expired subscriptions to GE!!! The agent told them if they did that again they would be ineligible to renew. He was not happy.
