Doing one thing with which I agree is not enough to make me vote for him--especially when he's under investigation by the Attorney General's office for not being able to identify donors/expenses of Team Thomas (a 'nonprofit' he runs that's not recognized by the IRS). it's a pretty poor record. Anyway I think there was some pressure for him to vote Yes on the marriage equality act--as well as, I'm sure--tremendous pressure for him to vote note. There is a strong LGBT population in Brookland, you know. Do you know that Ward 5 has gotten no new libraries in the last 4 years--when libraries have popped up in various parts of the city? And Thomas chairs that committee? Anyway, I'm just saying that I think the Post's endorsement makes sense, given Thomas's record. |
Back to Hedgepath:

You have your Brown's mixed up. Kwame's problems are with personal debt. Michael A. Brown has tax problems. Good vetting by the DC GOP, by the way. What else don't they know about Hedgepeth? |
Meh, either way, this isn't good for the integrity of the DC Government.

Mendelson supported Gray. |
That's correct and the Post did not endorse him in either the primary or general election. |
At last night's Ward 4 event, Gray strongly endorsed Cheh. |
