I would be out of that studio so quickly! So many red flags in the set up and the director's response. My teenager danced at a few different studios, and all were adamant no phones out in the changing rooms. The idea that a strange adult could be in there w/ a phone while kids are changing? Our studios also only allowed adults in the changing rooms when it was for the absolute youngest classes. They also had large bathrooms w/ individual stalls if kids preferred more privacy.
For back to back classes, most girls just wore a nude colored, spaghetti strap leo under their first one, so when they took off the first uniform, they still had a nude leo on and then just put the next class uniform on over it. I forget what they're called, but all the brands make them. My daughter preferred capezio or bloch. As my daughter got into more advanced classes or recital costumes, many classses actually required these for back stage changing, etc. So much easier than dealing w/ a robe
