Go to the theater more than once if she likes musicals. Very reasonable tickets in London, you don't need to bother with half price. See Six if you haven't already seen it. Very high energy and great for that age.

Wander around Carnaby street for shopping. Or go to Spitalfields Market. Battersea Power Station is supposed to be nice but I haven't been there yet.

One museum to consider is the Design Museum. It's not culture and might appeal.

Also consider a BBC tour.
