Very tall polar trees in neighbors yard

if the tree is dead (get it certified) and you have notified the owner and it hits your house, then you can take him to court. paper trail/documentation is very important

You're annoying pp. You're like my idiot neighbors who cut down all their healthy oaks and caused a tree colony collapse in my neighborhood. Hate them.

Send him a certified mail of your concern for safety and willingness to share the cost of trimming the trees down.

In Virginia, once you are warned by a neighbor that your trees pose a hazard, you are on the hook for any damage they cause.

Send the cheap old bastard a certified letter.

A neighbor had to do this with another neighbor of ours. But, also what an @ss. When we were renting out our house, our neighbor sent us something showing our tree was dead, which was like 5 feet from his house, and we immediately removed it.

Mine still refused to pay even when I did this and they ignored.
