I just discovered Petite Studio NY. High quality clothes.
I also follow all the other Instagram people mentioned. Also add Poised Petite and Crystalinmarie. They are both 5ft as well. They have wonderful places to shop |
|
Anthropologie has a decent petite section.
Also lil mother jeans, they sell them at Anthropologie too. |

Op here. Thanks for all the suggestions! I rarely have a problem with pant length, it was the waist and butt of pants that were so big.
I really wish more brands carried an XS. I see lots of women my size. |
| I'm lighter than you (I carry abnormally low muscle for my size, it's not designed to be a flex, really), same height. I kid you not I often shop kids size XL. |
| I am 5ft, 110 also and have a similar problem. I usually only look at stores with petites (have not had luck getting cropped regular size pants as the rise is still too long for me, and a smaller size shirt would just be tighter, but still the sleeves too long, etc.). I look at Talbots, Loft, Ann Taylor, Banana Republic, Old Navy, J.Crew, Modern Citizen. I tried on a few petites at Reformation but they seemed to be just cut shorter, vs. the overall proportions being adjusted. I also read Pumps and Pearls and successfully bought a non-petite winter coat that fit even though it was not an official 'petite'. |
