I’m pretty sure that basing employment decisions on efforts to increase diversity is illegal after the US Supreme Court affirmative action decision. Employment decisions based on race are highly suspect now. |

Good morning. I appreciate your advice and kindness. I’m relieved to be able to share that I was not cut. I don’t know yet how it was settled, but my building rep said don’t worry and yesterday, my admin said I’m returning next year.
