1 week no kids this summer- where to go?

We had two good trips to Azores and St John but I would say those were both more nature focused locations. I like the Portugal but idk how hot it gets. Iceland would be cool and I thought had good food, but again, more nature focused.

I love the Andalacia area.

Do the west coast of Ireland from Kerry up through Galway. There are usually affordable direct flights to Shannon airport near Limerick. Rent a car and take some of the world's most beautiful drives. There are a number of very nice small hotels that aren't crazy expensive.

We're doing a 3 nights in Porto and 3 nights in Lisbon in June on a kidless trip this summer. It really is the easiest trip with such convenient flights.

Could also fly into Milan and do Lake Como

I think the travel logistics for this might be an annoying but I’d look into Spain’s Basque Country - amazing food, interesting culture and history, and beaches/water. You could probably fly in and out of Madrid and grab a day there on either end of the trip.

Not Europe. The lines for the new entry/exit system will be hell on Earth.
