I also like Penney’s, but the only one left around me is in Wheaton, and the last time I went there (weekday evening), the mall was mostly abandoned and a bit creepy. On a weekend with more people, it might be a completely different experience. |

I like Bloomingdale's for this.
The British brands like Hobbs London, Ted Baker, Whistles are good for the formal day dresses. |

There was a stabbing at the Ritz Carlton in Tysons Corner. There have been stabbings at Montgomery Mall. There was a murder at the Lululemon in Bethesda. |
