Agree with this. Their behavior and clothes/hair are still trying to be 20s, and it looks odd with their 50 year old faces.

She is 58 and hasn’t aged a day! And doesn’t look plasticized either. Good for her.

I mean, I don't know. I thought Turk's story in the first one about being burned out rang completely true for me!

I do think it feels quite dead on to the standard episodes of old show. I don't know that it's breaking any significant ground and I loved the end of Season 8 (the previous spin off didn't work). But it's an easy and comfortable background watch.

Now Scrubs is known for the occasional gut punch, but you can't expect that 3 episodes in.
