The Blackstone or the LaSalle. Both Autograph Collection hotels.

I like the Renaissance Chicago too.

I have only had a drink at Cindy's and concur but am slightly partial to the vibes of the Cherry Circle Room. Feels like stepping into another era. Same hotel so you can do drink at one and dinner at the other!
