When did you switch kid from pediatrician to GP?

My oldest stayed through college. Our pediatrician is superb with teens and young adults. My middle will graduate in May and I think we’ll try to eek out one last annual visit before switching. They have some chronic conditions and the pediatrician has been along for the ride from day one so I have dreaded switching. We may move on for our youngest at a younger age because he’s healthy and will be spending 3/4 year out of state at college so I mmm nkt

Hit submit too soon! I meant to say I’m not sure if it’s worth paying their annual fee for one visit a year.
