What kind of savings do investors expect from these expensive AI investments?

I don't know too much about AI. I do use GitHub copilot to help me write SQL statements when my boss needs data that I am not sure how to extract.

I have 2 kids 12 and 14 and they are heavy users of AI.

My daughter for example uses chatgpt to create mockup tests for her algebra class.

So I think their generation will integrate AI more naturally.

I'm 45 and all my GenX friends are doom.and gloom when it comes to AI

Yeah funny how a person building an AI startup thinks investing in AI is something that has to be done.

AI will replace majority of white collar positions like lawyers, accountants, etc.

It could take 2-5 years most likely. Once the AI is good enough, the companies will drop the employees so fast.

The software stocks are down 20 to 30 percent since Jan 1. Stocks like MSFT, DDOG, CRM, SNOW, ADBE.

It’s because of the realization AI is advancing faster than expected and will ‘replace’ those companies. The company that will replace them (or a portion) with AI is Anthropic.
