Happened to my DD at a local parish school. Boy was ultimately expelled but school kept the details quiet and never addressed the changes they committed to making. We left shortly after.
My DD worked with a local counselor. They acknowledged many parish schools had a “boys will be boys” mentality and their unwillingness to teach sex-Ed hampers kids’ knowledge of how to identifying and reporting inappropriate behaviors. |

| Given what I've seen over the years, victims and their families should go first and foremost to the police. Schools and colleges inevitably fail to respond adequately. |
